Gregg M. Steinberg is C.E.O and President of International Profit
Associates Inc. and its affiliated companies (IPA), an international management
consulting and business services firm with more than 1,800 employees and
annual revenues of US$190 million. His company has helped more than 100,000
small and medium sized businesses maintain positive cash flow, control
costs and accelerate growth, allowing entrepreneurs and managers to make

Mr. Steinberg’s responsibilities include direct oversight of the

Integrated Business Analysis Inc. USA, Integrated Business Analysis Inc.
Canada, International Tax Advisors Inc., Creative Tax Strategies Inc. and
IPA Professional Development Services Inc. As C.E.O and President, he assures
that all companies meet short-term financial targets, and he designs, develops
and implements medium and long-term strategic, operational, financial and
growth objectives.

operations management consulting firm and 39th largest strategy consulting
firm in its latest rankings. IPA was the eighth fastest growing private
company in America as ranked by Inc. magazine in its 1996 “Inc.
500” and as the ninth fastest growing in its 1997 “Inc. 500.” Crain’s
Chicago Business ranked the company as one of the largest consulting
firms in Illinois for the last eight consecutive years (#6 in 2002). In

Prior positions held by Mr. Steinberg are vice president of a hotel
management company, president of a financial advisory firm, assistant director
of mergers & acquisitions for a national investment banking firm, and
director of corporate finance for a top Chicago public accounting firm.
His affiliations and memberships include Young President’s Organization,
American Management Association, Turnaround Management Association, Institute
of Management Consultants, Association of Management Consulting Firms (formerly
ACME), National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Center for
Entrepreneurial Management, Birthing of Giants ’99 (an entrepreneurial
forum sponsored by Inc. magazine, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
and Young Entrepreneurs Organization). He is an active member of the Mankind
Project and sits on the national board of advisors of the Eller College
of Business and Public Administration, University of Arizona. His civic
responsibilities include past board member of Jewish Community Centers
of Chicago, and past board member and chairman for various committees of
Jewish Council for Youth Services.
Mr. Steinberg holds a business administration degree from the University
of Arizona, and a master’s degree in business administration from The American
Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
Mr. Steinberg is married 14 years, with two children, ages twelve
and eight.
